(1-2) IT. Discrimination of “reasons of appeal – failure to cause.” Ruling on “judgment statements- defects of pampering – shortcomings”.
(1) The sentence must be indicated, the circumstances of the crime, the circumstances in which it occurred and the evidence from which the legal proceedings were derived.

(2) To serve the sentence by convicting the appellant in accordance with articles (1, 11, 24, 25) of the Information Technology Crimes Act No. (2 of 2006) without indicating how the appellant obtained the credit card data and paid the value of the traffic violations resulting from others and whether the latter was related to the appellant.
